Dear ones,

We hope this message finds you well, healthy and happy! We would like to share with you the latest news from our school.

We have a new class of students!

Our school has grown each year and we now have a total of 28 students. The arrival of the new class fills our hearts with joy and and the same time, with a deeper sense of responsibility as we realize that a greater number of students means also greater responsibility for our staff.

By God’s Grace, we hope to be able to meet the challenges, successfully. The theoretical part of our nursing training takes place in our school but the practical experience for our students is gained in Herghelia Lifestyle Center and the Emergency Clinical County Hospital in Târgu Mureș.

Growing team

We are pleased to inform you that providentially three people decided to join our team for this year: Rebecca (as the cook), Iulia (as girls dean) and Mariana (as the secretary). After a long search with prayer, we can say that we have found the right people.

They certainly add value to the lives of our students through their warmth and good advice.

New beginnings in Toaca

Recently, our school supported a health expo in Toaca (a small village in the South Transylvania Conference). It was an outreach program organized by the local SDA church in that region. The event offered our students the extra opportunity to put into practice what they have been learning in the classroom and to taste the joy of ministering to people through medical missionary work. People appreciated our services, very much, and they are looking forward to our return to Toaca, as we promised that we would do so, soon.

Needs and challenges

There are many needs in a school, as we all know. Mostly, we need medical equipment and books. These are crucial for a well-rounded education, taking into consideration a student’s potential and the impact their work will have on people’s lives, in the future. If you want to be a part of this endeavor, you can help by praying for our school, by telling others about it or by donating toward its financial needs. Thank you for keeping close and for all your prayers, may our dear Lord abundantly bless you!

All the best,“Vasile Dan” Nursing School Team
